• General Financial Rules - 2017.
• Procurement of equipment and services with emphasis on GeM
• Central Govt. Reservation policy.
• Central govt. General conditions of services (rules related to pay, deputation, lien, LTC, Leave, CGHS)
• Labour laws
• Right to Information Act 2005
• Retirement benefits to the central Govt. Employees, including those of the new pension scheme and the contributory provident fund.
